ASTAM has a 10 days return policy, meaning that you need to send your returned item/s within the next 10 days after you received your purchase. Your returned item must be unused, clean and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging with its tags and labels. Once your item is received, we will inspect it  in 2-3 workings days and let you know whether your purcharse is eligible for a refund.

Note the shipping costs paid by the customer when placing their order , or the international taxes and duties are not refundable.

RETURNS FROM SPAIN PENINSULAR

There is a 15€ fee for returning orders from Spain  Peninsular. This will be deducted from the refund once we receive your parcel.

RETURNS FROM REST OF EU

There is a 20€ fee for returning orders from rest of EU. This will be deducted from the refund once we receive your parcel.

RETURNING FROM OUTSIDE THE EU

Customers returning from outside the EU are responsible for the costs of the returning process.
